Policies & Guidelines

All purchases on Simple AI Prompt are final and 100% non-refundable. This applies to every plan and every transaction, including but not limited to:

• The ₹1 / 7-day trial plan
• The ₹299 monthly plan
• The ₹699 yearly plan
• The ₹1,499 lifetime plan
• Any coupon-discounted or promotional purchase
• Any future paid plan, add-on, or one-time purchase

Why purchases are non-refundable

Simple AI Prompt sells immediate digital access to a continuously updated library of loops, master prompts, articles, and tutorials. The moment a plan is activated, the full catalogue becomes available, downloadable, and copyable. Because the value is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or cash-back for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of use, forgotten subscription, or accidental renewal
• Duplicate accounts or duplicate purchases by the same user
• Dissatisfaction with specific loops, prompts, articles, or tutorials
• Personal output quality from third-party AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
• Loss of access caused by a violation of these policies
• Temporary downtime, maintenance, or third-party outages
• Country, currency, tax, or payment-method differences

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support is treated as a breach of these policies. We reserve the right to permanently disable the account, revoke all access, and contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery.

Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period and will not be refunded for any unused days.

Exceptional cases

In the rare event of a confirmed duplicate charge caused by a technical error on our payment bridge, we will reverse only the duplicate transaction. This is the sole exception and is granted at our sole discretion after verification.

By completing checkout you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this 100% non-refundable policy.

Simple AI Prompt ("we", "us", "the Service") provides an editorial library of AI loops, master prompts, articles, and tutorials. By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

• Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change at any time. Existing paid plans remain valid until their expiry.
• Payments are processed through our payment bridge at mindarchitect.in. We do not store full card or bank details on our servers.
• Recurring plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewals are charged at the then-current price.
• Taxes, FX conversion fees, and bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• All purchases are governed by the Refund Policy above.

Coupons are issued at our discretion, may be limited in quantity or time, and can be revoked, paused, or changed at any time. A 100% discount coupon grants the access tier specified by that coupon and is also covered by the Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, mirror, or republish the loop library, prompt library, articles, or tutorials in bulk, including via scraping, automated download, or AI training pipelines.
• Share account credentials, bypass the paywall, or circumvent rate limits and access controls.
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written consent.
• Use the Service to build a directly competing loop or prompt marketplace.

Individual loops and prompts may be used in your own personal or client work. Wholesale republishing of the catalogue is not permitted.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

When you submit a loop, prompt, or other contribution through the submission form, you grant Simple AI Prompt a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host, display, edit, and promote that contribution on the Service, with attribution to your display name where applicable. You confirm that the contribution is original or properly licensed.

All editorial content, branding, design, code, taxonomy, and compiled libraries are the property of Simple AI Prompt unless clearly attributed to a community contributor. The "Simple AI Prompt" name and logo are our trademarks.

Loops and prompts are run by you against third-party AI models (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude). We do not control those models. Outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a given task. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it in any professional, medical, legal, financial, or high-stakes context.

We collect the minimum personal data needed to run the Service: name, email, phone (if provided), authentication identifiers, plan and billing metadata, and basic usage analytics. We do not sell personal data. Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security. You may request export or deletion of your account data by emailing us at the address in the Contact section.

We use first-party cookies and local storage strictly to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The Service uses encrypted transport (HTTPS), server-side authorisation, row-level security on the database, and least-privilege keys for server functions. Despite reasonable measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We rely on third parties including the payment bridge at mindarchitect.in, authentication providers (including Google OAuth), cloud hosting, and AI gateways. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for any breach of these policies, including the Acceptable Use section. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple AI Prompt and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these policies from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policies.
